It improves red blood cell and bone marrow composition. Lutein and Bilberry extract are both know for their effect on eye conditions. Bilberry has therapeutic uses for glaucoma and cataracts. Lutein is a naturally occuring carotenoid found in green, leafy vegetables such as spinach. It is especially known to benefit the eyes.
