I began this prodcut in tandem with Myomin as a preventive measure to balance my system upon discontiuing birth control pills. I had read terrible reviews about the particular brand of birth control pill "withdrawl" and wanted to combat a possible acne breakout, cramping and irregular cycle. The Chi-F manufacturer recommends Chi-F be taken with Myomin for certain indications and I have had 100% success by continuing on both products. In addtion, I had my oxygen saturation measured at 100% at one point after taking Chi-F for 6-weeks. My baseline is 98%. I will attribute that to the fact that Chi-F encourgares the body to produce more hemoglobin (which carries oxygen in the blood). I have ordered these prodcuts three times now and will start my daughter on them to balance her hormones and acne difficulties.
