Product Returns

Every item you get from us is brand new and has been under our quality control. People depend on the freshness of our products. All supplements have a shelf life, we want our Customers to have the freshest supplements and herbs available. Because we have such a strict policy on this, we do not take back any opened bottles of anything. Bulk herbs, Teas, the Green Membership, Health Consultations and Blood Tests are non-refundable. If we have made a mistake on an order, it will be immediately corrected on unopened or tamper with product. If you have ordered the wrong product or if you just want to return the product, it must be returned to us unopened within (5) business days from the day it was received. We do not accept unauthorized returns. There is also a 25% restocking fee. Or you can exchange your product for another with no restocking fee.

Please email us at for your Return Authorization Number (RA#). If you do not have our (RA#) on the outside of your package it will not be accepted and it will be returned to you with no credit issued. Once you have received your RAN, please mail your package in a prepaid, insured, traceable method to the address below.

Lost or Damaged Products
We do not accept any responsibility for merchandise that is damaged while in transit to its destination. When your product leaves our warehouse, it is in NEW condition, undamaged and packaged properly for delivery. If there is a problem with your merchandise when you recieve it, you will need to file a claim with the carrier. Whether it is Fed Ex or the United States Post Office. *** Insurance is available at an additional charge when you buy anything from us. Please indicate at checkout that you would like to purchase Insurance for a small fee, in the Customer Comments area of your order and one of our Health Nuts will contact you via email with the cost for your package.

Also, all packages are shipped with a Tracking Number that is issued by the Carrier. And that Tracking Number is sent to you via email when your package ships. If your package is lost during transit no credit/refund can be given until it is returned to us. It is up to you to Track your package and contact the Carrier that is responsible.

The original shipping and handling charges are not refundable. If you have an exchange for the same dollar amount as the original purchase, no additional shipping or handling charges will be incurred. Please mail your package in a prepaid, insured, traceable method to the address below.

Cancellations: For custom orders over $250.00 or more there will be a 25% restocking fee if cancelled for any reason. No exceptions!

Returns should be sent to: YOU MUST HAVE AN RA#, CALL or EMAIL US FOR YOUR NUMBER! NO Exceptions.
