Shipping Policy

You can trust that your order will be processed quickly. Free USPS Shipping is offered on all Orders being delivered within the Continental USA. For other destinations (International) there is a $12.50 minimum cost. Correct shipping charges will be added at the time your order is being shipped, depending on the weight and destination it is being shipped.

Damaged Products
When your product leaves our warehouse, it is in new condition, undamaged and packaged properly for delivery. Should something happen to your package while it is in transit to its destination, you will need to file a claim with the carrier. Whether it is Fed Ex or the United States Post Office.

If you have any concerns:
*** Insurance is available at an additional charge when you buy anything from us. Please indicate at checkout that you would like to purchase Insurance for a small fee, in the Customer Comments area of your order and one of our Health Nuts will contact you via email with the cost for your package. *** Insurance is automatically included for all International Orders at customers expense, no exceptions, also, during peak Holiday seasons such as Christmas, insurance may automatically be included at Customers expense, depending on the amount of the order, this cost is minimal. Example for a: $150.00 order, the insurance on this would be apprx. $2.97.

Lost Products
All packages are shipped with a Tracking Number that is issued by the Carrier. And that Tracking Number is sent to you via email when your package ships. If your package is lost during transit no credit/refund can be given until the product is returned to us. And we do not replace lost packages. It is up to you to Track your package and contact the Carrier that is responsible should this happen.
